All New Commerical, New Consumer Grade, Factory Refurbished Consumer or Factory Refurbished Commercial grade Electronics products being sold into a commerical application, including but not limited to Electronic Component Units, LCD TV's, Projectors, etc., that come with a 90-day factory warranty or for which the warranty has been voided because of use in a commercial application; does not include bulb coverage for projectors.
On confirmation that a valid covered failure has occurred, product will be replaced with a check for the original value of the product less tax and shipping. Underwriting would prefer to have the failed products returned to an AMTW-administered depot for evaluation before the "replacement" check is issued such that the failure is verified, and some value of the replaced product can be reclaimed. Risk Fee includes funds to allow call tag and prepaid return shipment waybill to be generated to allow return of product on which a claim is being made.
